Sunshine State RV Response to COVID-19

All Sunshine RV locations will remain open, as we have been deemed an essential business because many owners rely on their RV for shelter and transportation. As an essential business, our paramount concern is protecting the health of our customers and employees while simultaneously meeting the needs of the RV community.
Here at Sunshine State RV, we treat our customers like family. During these unprecedented times in our country, we are going to protect our family by maintaining the utmost cleanliness, sanitation, and safe practices.

We are here for you during this uncertain time and will keep your new RV as clean as possible to be an environment for your family that is safe so you can just focus on making memories.
Furthermore, as a company we continue to monitor the rapidly evolving situation and are closely following the Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC) guidelines and recommendations on the steps we need to take to help prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
As a daily practice, staff undergoes temperature scans upon arriving at work to ensure they are not experiencing any symptoms of the virus. We are encouraging our associates to follow the CDC guidelines to protect themselves, their team members and customers and we have taken numerous steps to ensure we can remain open and continue to serve you. In our stores, we are cleaning all high-touch areas such as checkout areas, credit card machines, door handles, lunchrooms, waiting areas, desktops, countertops, keyboards and telephones frequently. Taking care to wipe down all high touch areas of RV units in our shops with disinfectants before starting work and before delivering to customers. Employees are prepared to communicate with you virtually, over the phone, text, email, or video to minimize physical contact. All of our stores are open and we will continue to evaluate conditions on a market by market basis, but our goal is to remain open so that we can provide you anything that you need for your RV.

For our associates, we are encouraging increased attention to their health and well-being, practice CDC recommended sanitation and personal hygiene, and minimize any interactions that may expose or perpetuate the virus. They will stay home if they are sick and if they are healthy, they will continue serving you in any way that they can, to the best of their ability by your preferred method of contact.
For our customers, please reach out and let us know if there is ANYTHING we can do for you in this time of need. We are prepared to come together and prove our commitment to the public by embodying our values as a local business and fellow community members. Sunshine State RV wants to make a difference in any way we can for you and your family.
